Defects get reprinted.

If the print is wrong, the shirt arrives damaged, or the garment is not what the page described, email us and we reprint it. Photos help. You shouldn't have to argue about a bad print.

If the size is wrong, the chart was the warning. The M2580 runs small. Email anyway. Jim would rather help you order the next size than pretend exchanges are free. A replacement is a new unit at the printer, so it is not an automatic free swap. We'll say what we can do in the reply, in plain language.
